RECEPTIONIST/SPIN SUPPORT (15-20 HRS/WEEK)

We’re currently looking for a sharp, motivated person who wants to grow with the company to fill a receptionist/spin support role (15–20 hrs/week) at our awesome studio.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Here’s what the role includes to ensure a premium experience for our riders at all times:
- Deliver a unique, memorable, and personalized client experience: greet, connect with, and support clients and the team at the start and end of class. Handle light administrative follow-ups with clients and management.
- Promote the studio and current initiatives: inform clients about our policies, promotions, challenges, special events, and other products.
- Maintain the studio and keep it clean between classes.
- Represent the studio’s values and mission at all times.
- Under the guidance of the leadership team, contribute to various development projects, tasks, and other assignments as needed.
- 10–15 hours/week: ~60% front-desk & daily operations + ~25% light housekeeping + ~15% supporting class starts.
MUST-HAVES (knowledge, skills, qualifications)
- Passion for physical activity—especially indoor cycling.
- Love for people, customer service, and personalized attention.
- Strong leadership, organization, and entrepreneurial mindset; able to make quick, well-judged decisions. Excellent on-the-spot problem solving.
- Team spirit and the ability to connect with people. Strong verbal and written communication. Attentive, sociable, and personable.
- Integrity and autonomy; able to see projects through under the supervision of the leadership team.
- Excellent time management, planning skills, and attention to detail.
- Desire to grow within the company. Open to giving and receiving feedback; value learning and personal development.
Comfortable with software like Zingfit and Canva. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.).
Bilingual (French and English).
Willing to work a variable schedule based on studio needs, including weekends.
