Our studio is fully equipped with dumbbells, bands, Pilates rings, balls, and more to add variety to every session. Sessions can be available whenever the Reformer room is not being used for group classes.
Perfect for beginners, private sessions let you learn the equipment and technique with confidence before joining a group class. They’re also great for improving your form, working toward specific goals, or simply enjoying a more personal workout.
