“Don’t just let your life happen—dance with it.” A Spin Énergie regular since 2015, Brandon has long brought his energy, pride, and “sexy corners” to the front row. When the music is on, he’s moving—and when it stops, he’s still going. For Brandon, dance is therapy. Working as a marketer in the beauty industry, spin quickly became the highlight of his day. In 2018, he launched Happy Tears, a lifestyle brand creating mindful tools for a community of full-time feelers.
Brandon grew up immersed in hockey culture, spending over 7 years on the ice in his hometown of Timmins. Add a few half-marathons and a background in hip-hop and contemporary dance, and you can expect powerful climbs, dynamic choreography, and playlists mixing top 40 hits, nostalgic pop remixes, and eclectic tracks from unexpected genres—designed to get you out of the saddle, into the music, and closer to your truth with every ride.

A client at the studio since 2019, Chloé quickly found herself on the other side of the front desk when she joined the team, before officially grabbing the mic and stepping onto the podium in 2022. A ski instructor for six years, she knows exactly how to guide you to the finish line — and, more importantly, how to push you to never give up.
When it comes to music and rhythm, nothing is left to chance. A true music lover, she attends at least five concerts and festivals every year and brings that same energy into every class. While also working full-time, Chloé juggles her career, projects, and passions, but it’s on the bike that she truly pushes herself — and takes you along for the ride. Her bubbly, contagious energy will have you pushing past your limits without even realizing it.
One thing is certain: you’ll leave her class stronger than when you walked in.

After a 25-year career as a circus artist, I developed a deep understanding of movement, discipline, and the impact that physical performance can have on the body.
I discovered Pilates early in my career and quickly integrated it into my training, both to maintain optimal physical condition and to rehabilitate from certain injuries. The benefits were so significant that it became an obvious choice for me to pursue training and become an instructor.
Today, back in Montreal after traveling and performing around the world, I bring together everything I’ve learned to share my passion for Pilates. My approach combines precision, body awareness, and respect for the body — helping everyone build strength, stability, and confidence, no matter their level.

Originally from Colombia, Hugo arrived in Quebec at the age of 15. A sports enthusiast for as long as he can remember, he first put on roller-blades at age 4. His passion led him to compete in speed skating and later dive into a variety of other sports—cross-country and obstacle races, soccer, hockey, rock climbing, and more—all of which fueled his love for movement. Cycling has always been part of his training, and becoming a spin instructor has long been one of his goals.
For Hugo, fitness and health are more than a passion—they’re a way of life and the foundation of everything he does. After earning a degree in kinesiology at McGill, he went on to complete his studies in dentistry and now practices as a dentist.
With his love for Latin dance and music, Hugo brings passion and rhythm to every ride. Don’t be surprised if you even pick up a little Spanish in his class!

Movement has always been at the heart of Jenna’s life. After graduating from the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal, she spent several years pursuing a career in contemporary dance before bringing that same passion for rhythm and expression to the bike. She began teaching spin in 2016 and pilates in 2026, and her background as a dancer makes her classes deeply rooted in music, choreography, and flow.
Since becoming a mom, Jenna has been fully immersed in motherhood, but spin remains her release—a space to recharge, sweat, and celebrate movement. Her classes are designed to be both challenging and freeing: a place to let go, push yourself, and find joy on the bike, whether it’s your very first ride or your hundredth.

Layla is a certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor who quickly fell in love with teaching and the fitness community after beginning her journey in 2025.
Her classes are rooted in classic Pilates principles, but she always adds a little extra spice. Expect plenty of pulses, a plank series (there’s no escaping it!), and that satisfying burn that reminds you just how strong you are.
Outside the studio, Layla is studying journalism and loves spending time outdoors with family and friends — while doing her best to convince them to come to her classes, of course!

An avid road cyclist, Linda also has a background in dance and gymnastics. Her love for sports and house music first led her to teach aerobic classes for many years before she discovered spinning. Inspired by the instructors and the electrifying energy of the class, she was instantly hooked.
When her instructors eventually moved on, Linda made the leap from rider to instructor and took over the class herself. Ever since, her mission has been to inspire others to fall in love with indoor cycling the way she did. Get ready for a challenging, energizing ride!

William discovered Spin Énergie while studying International Business at Concordia—and it was love at first ride. For him, there’s nothing quite like letting loose to the beat of the music in a room full of energy. Outside of spinning, William is passionate about making a difference for the environment. His studies and ambitions are driven by the desire to have the greatest positive impact he can.
Music has always been part of his life. Introduced early on by his father with Bob Marley mornings, he grew up surrounded by rhythm. He has been playing piano since the age of 5 and dancing before he could walk. That connection to music is something he now brings onto the bike, turning every class into a musical journey. William’s goal is simple: to guide you through a ride where you challenge yourself, enjoy the moment, and leave proud of what you’ve accomplished.
